Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce them to our products/services.
Manage and update customer information in the CRM system.
Handle objections effectively and provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
Consistently achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Maintain the highest level of professionalism and customer service.

Requirements:

Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection positively and stay motivated.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic computer knowledge; CRM experience is an added advantage.
