Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services. Utilize CRM software to track interactions and manage leads efficiently. Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers through effective communication and negotiation techniques. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for business development. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Conduct warm calling campaigns to follow up on leads generated through marketing efforts. Maintain accurate records of calls made and outcomes achieved in Salesforce or similar platforms. Stay informed about industry trends, technology sales, and competitors to effectively position our offerings.

Experience

Proven experience in telemarketing or inside sales is preferred. Familiarity with B2B sales processes and techniques. Experience in technology sales or technical sales is a plus. Proficiency in using CRM software for managing customer relationships. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Background in marketing or business development is advantageous. A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
