. You will play a key role in generating leads, reaching out to potential customers, and supporting the overall sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce company products/services.
Generate leads, qualify prospects, and maintain a database of customer information.
Support sales executives in follow-ups, scheduling meetings, and closing deals.
Explain product/service features clearly and handle customer queries effectively.
Assist in executing sales campaigns and marketing initiatives.
Maintain daily/weekly call logs, reports, and performance trackers.
Conduct basic market research to identify new business opportunities.
Provide feedback to the sales & marketing team on customer needs and responses.
Requirements
Fresher or recent graduate (Any stream - BBA, MBA, Marketing, Commerce, Arts, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English/Hindi/regional language as required).
Confidence in making outbound calls and handling conversations with prospects.
Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or customer service will be an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace for maintaining reports.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and target-oriented mindset.
