Identify customer needs and schedule follow-up calls/meetings
Maintain accurate call records and CRM data
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Coordinate with BDE and sales teams for closures
Handle customer objections professionally
Required Skills & Qualifications
Prior experience in
telemarketing or inside sales
Excellent
English communication & persuasion skills
Comfortable working in
UK shift (4 PM - 1 AM)
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
Basic computer and CRM knowledge
Preferred
Experience selling

Exposure to international clients (UK/Europe)
