Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused

Telesales & Marketing Executive

to join our growing IT solutions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective clients generated through digital marketing campaigns, understanding their business needs, conducting software demos, and assisting them through the onboarding process. This role involves end-to-end customer engagement--from the first call to successful implementation--ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead Engagement:

Contact and qualify leads generated from digital marketing, website inquiries, and social media campaigns. Maintain a structured follow-up plan to convert leads into customers.

Sales & Consultation:

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions such as ERP, CRM, E-Commerce, Website Development, or Infrastructure Services. Conduct online product demonstrations to showcase key features and business benefits. Prepare proposals, quotations, and assist in closing sales deals.

Customer Onboarding & Training:

Provide initial setup guidance and user training for new clients. Coordinate with technical and support teams to ensure smooth implementation and onboarding.

Customer Relationship Management:

Maintain detailed records of interactions and updates in CRM tools. Follow up with existing customers for feedback, upgrades, and renewal opportunities.

Marketing Support:

Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and customer engagement. Participate in promotional campaigns, webinars, or events to support brand visibility.

Reporting & Targets:

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare regular sales activity and performance reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or software product marketing (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply). Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Malayalam. Strong presentation skills and ability to conduct online product demos. Knowledge of IT products such as ERP, CRM, and Website solutions is an added advantage. Good organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online meeting platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
