Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to salon/spa owners from provided leads.
Introduce Trakky's platform and explain its benefits for business visibility and growth.
Persuade businesses to register and list on our platform (free and premium options).
Schedule appointments for the sales/onboarding team.
Answer initial queries and build interest in the service.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and responses using CRM tools.
Support upselling/cross-selling when applicable.
Candidate Requirements
Must be based in Ahmedabad (mandatory for in-office role).
Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer support preferred (freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply).
Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
Confident, persuasive, and goal-driven personality.
Comfortable handling objections and working in a target-based environment.
Good organizational skills and basic computer knowledge.
