ROLE PURPOSE
Ensure every lead generated through marketing is
followed up, nurtured, and converted
into consultations and treatments.This role also
manages and scales the Online Consultation vertical
, ensuring smooth operations and high conversion rates.
This is a
doer-first, ownership-driven
role with strong execution and communication needs.
? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (CHECKLIST)
1. Lead & Patient Engagement Management
Ensure
100% follow-up
on all leads across channels
Create strong follow-up cycles and patient engagement processes
Ensure accurate CRM updation
Improve lead handling and patient communication quality across branches
2. Conversion & Sales Growth
Drive conversion funnel:
lead ? consultation ? treatment
Implement scripts, frameworks, and structured communication
Ensure zero lead leakage with daily tracking
Improve conversion performance using data insights
3. Online Consultation Vertical (Ownership)
Manage end-to-end online consultation workflow
Coordinate doctor availability, patient queries, and follow-ups
Ensure timely responses and fast resolution
Track and improve online-consult-to-treatment conversions
4. Marketing & Business Development Support
Work closely with agencies to track and improve lead quality
Collaborate with Clinic Leads, designers, and marketing teams
Execute campaigns across branches with consistency
Support local marketing and on-ground activation efforts
5. Data, Analytics & Reporting
Use CRM, Google Sheets, dashboards, and ad insights
Monitor daily/weekly conversion numbers
Track branch-wise growth and performance
Present reports directly to Founder for decision-making
6. On-Ground Growth Activities
Support clinics in BD activities such as:
Camps
Corporate tie-ups
Apartment activations
Wellness partnerships
Build and maintain strong local visibility for each clinic
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Healthcare Management
, or related field(Other degrees accepted for strong performers)
Experience Requirement:
5-6 years of experience
in patient engagement, inside sales, telecalling leadership, customer success, CRM management, healthcare coordination, or growth roles* Experience in healthcare, wellness, or clinic operations is a
strong advantage
Should have handled
teams or processes
