Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to introduce company products/services.
Maintain a database of customer information and update CRM regularly.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations shared by the sales team.
Handle inbound calls with professionalism and ensure timely response.
Coordinate with the sales and backend teams for order updates and client requirements.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduate or 12th Pass with relevant experience.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Confident, persuasive, and good at building customer relationships.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Prior experience in telecalling or customer service preferred.
