Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
Share information about our courses and facilities in a clear and persuasive manner.
Motivate prospects to
visit our center for admission.
Maintain call records, follow-up details, and daily reports in Excel/data sheets.
Coordinate with counsellors to track walk-ins and admissions.
Build rapport with prospects to ensure better conversions.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
Prior experience in telecalling / telemarketing / telesales preferred (education sector is a plus).
Persuasive, confident, and target-driven.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
Female candidates preferred.
