Job Description

Key Responsibilities

:

? Conduct high-quality outbound sales calls to target industries (Exporters, Importers, Manufacturers).

? Strategic Pitching: Understand client pain points in their supply chain and position VeriGlobe as the solution.

? Data Handling: Assist the Team Leader in cleaning and segmenting calling data for better conversion rates.

? Negotiation: Use sound logic and math to negotiate pricing and margins on the fly.

? Mentor junior TMEs on call scripts and objection handling.

?

Skills :

Proven track record of meeting sales KPIs and "closing" over the phone.

?

Aptitude :

Advanced logical thinking and superior mental math skills for instant freight quoting and margin analysis.

?

Technical :

Familiarity with auto-dialers and CRM software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
