We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers via phone calls to promote products/services, generate leads, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate information.
Generate, qualify, and nurture leads for the sales team.
Maintain and update customer databases (CRM/Excel).
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
Follow up on leads and ensure timely closures.
Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (any specialization).
0-2 years of experience in telemarketing/inside sales/customer service (freshers can also apply).
Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
Fluency in [English/Regional Language as per requirement].
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to handle rejections.
