Making outbound calls (and possibly receiving inbound) to potential clients in Malayalam.
Introducing Our product offerings (time & attendance systems, payroll/HR SaaS etc) to prospects and generating interest.
Qualifying leads: understanding prospect's needs, checking eligibility, mapping pain points, and positioning our solutions accordingly.
Maintaining and updating the CRM (or lead tracking tool) with call outcomes, follow-ups, next steps, and feedback.
Collaborating with sales/marketing teams to provide feedback from the field, market intelligence, and suggestions for campaign improvement.
Ensuring high levels of customer service during calls, handling objections, and ensuring a positive brand experience.
Possibly scheduling product demos or handing over qualified leads to field sales/closers.
Reporting daily/weekly call metrics, results, and progress to the manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Fluent in
Malayalam
(spoken and written). Good proficiency in English.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree (any discipline) is preferred.
Prior telecalling/telemarketing experience is a plus (preferably in B2B tech or SaaS domain) but not essential -- can be entry-level if candidate has strong communication skills.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills; ability to engage with prospects professionally.
Basic IT skills: comfortable using MS Office / Google Sheets, CRM systems, and web-based tool.
