Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and confident

Telemarketer

to join our team. As a fresher, you will be trained to handle outbound calls, engage with potential customers, and promote our products and services. This is an excellent opportunity to start a career in sales and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database. Introduce and explain the company's products and services clearly and professionally. Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team. Follow up with interested customers and maintain records of calls and responses. Maintain a positive attitude and achieve daily/weekly call targets. Assist in feedback collection and customer support calls if required.

Skills Required:

Good communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi preferred). Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, etc.). Willingness to learn and grow in a sales environment. Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated. Clear and confident phone voice.

Qualifications:

12th pass or Graduate in any discipline. No prior experience required; training will be provided.

Pay: ?8,086.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
