The Telemarketing Executive is responsible for generating leads and promoting printing and signage solutions through outbound calls, email communication, and follow-ups. The role includes understanding client requirements, introducing services, scheduling meetings for the sales team, and maintaining accurate customer records while achieving sales targets.
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote printing, signage, branding, and advertising solutions.
Send professional email communications--including introductions, quotations, follow-ups, and service details--to potential clients.
Generate qualified leads, schedule appointments, and support the sales team through phone and email communication.
Understand customer requirements and provide basic information about printing and signage products (materials, sizes, options, installation).
Handle incoming calls and emails, respond to inquiries, and offer excellent customer service.
Follow up through calls and emails on leads, quotations, and pending responses to convert opportunities into sales.
Maintain customer records, call logs, and email communication history in CRM or internal systems.
Coordinate with sales, design, and production teams through email for updates, artwork approvals, and order status.
Prepare and send marketing emails, promotional offers, and company profiles to targeted customer lists.
