We are hiring an experienced

Telemarketing Sales Executive

for the

UK shift

to join our inside sales team. The role involves

outbound sales calling

,

international calling

,

lead generation

, and

sales closing

for UK-based clients. The ideal candidate must have

excellent communication skills

, strong persuasion abilities, and a proven track record in

telemarketing sales

or

international BPO sales

.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound

telemarketing sales calls

to UK prospects Handle

international calling

and engage UK-based customers Generate, qualify, and convert leads into sales Perform

cold calling

, follow-ups, and sales closures Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Handle objections confidently and close deals effectively Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM Work closely with the inside sales and operations teams

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience

in telemarketing sales / inside sales / international sales Strong experience in

UK process

or

UK shift sales

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Proven skills in cold calling, negotiation, and sales closing Comfortable working in

night shift / UK shift

Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity

Preferred Skills:

Experience in

B2B or B2C UK sales

Prior experience working with

international clients

Background in

international BPO sales

or outbound sales campaigns

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
