We are a fast-growing Academic Research & Web Development company dedicated to delivering high-quality products and services to our customers. We're looking for energetic and persuasive individuals to join our team and help us connect with potential clients over the phone.

As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our offerings, and generating interest that leads to sales or appointments. You will work from a provided list of leads, following scripts and sales techniques to achieve set targets while maintaining a friendly, professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided lead lists Introduce and promote products or services clearly and persuasively Build rapport and handle objections professionally Record customer information accurately in the system Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales/appointment targets Follow company scripts and comply with all policies and regulations

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive, energetic, and self-motivated attitude Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent Basic computer skills (CRM experience a plus) Previous telemarketing or sales experience preferred but not required Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualification Requirements:

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus) Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferred, not required) Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear, confident speaking voice Ability to actively listen and engage customers in conversation Strong persuasion and negotiation skills Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, CRM systems) Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed targets Ability to work independently and in a team environment Resilience to handle rejection and maintain professionalism Flexible availability

Pay: ?7,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
