Respond to inbound customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Generate leads and maintain a database of potential customers.
Follow up on leads, appointments, and sales inquiries.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the banking sector, insurance, or career counseling.
