Job Description

We are hiring passionate Tele Callers for our company to make outbound calls, engage with customers, and ensure smooth communication while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products, offers, and services. Generate leads and schedule appointments for service teams. Record all customer interactions, feedback, and call outcomes accurately in the CRM system. Follow up on leads to ensure maximum conversion. Achieve daily and monthly call and lead generation targets.

Skills & Competencies Required:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer and CRM knowledge. Goal-oriented, persuasive, and result-driven. Ability to handle pressure and meet targets consistently.

Qualification & Experience:

Minimum Qualification: +2 / Graduate in any discipline. Experience: 1-2 years in Telemarketing, Telesales, or Customer Service

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
