Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers over the phone, promoting products or services, and generating leads or sales. This role requires communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products/services. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and convincingly. Handle customer queries, objections, and feedback professionally. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions. Maintain a positive, professional, and energetic approach during calls.
Qualification & Skills

10th, 12th or equivalent diploma (preferred). Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. Fluency in Hindi & English and regional languages are added advantages
