Role Overview:



We are seeking a Telemarketing Executive with exceptional communication skills and cultural adaptability for international markets. The ideal candidate will possess native-level fluency in international English communication styles, enabling them to build instant rapport and effectively qualify prospects for our digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities:



Outbound Telemarketing

Make a high volume of outbound telemarketing calls using provided leads and databases. Effectively use pre-arranged scripting while adapting the conversation naturally using Outbound Telemarketing. Execute high-volume outbound calls using both dialer systems and manual calling methods Utilize prepared scripts while naturally adapting conversations to match prospect communication styles Qualify leads according to established criteria and identify genuine business opportunities Transfer qualified prospects to in-house counselors for further consultation and closure
Inbound Lead Management:

Handle incoming calls from interested prospects Guide qualified inbound leads through initial enrollment processes
Sales & CRM Management:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM system Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and lead generation Implement structured follow-up procedures to nurture potential clients
Team Collaboration:

Work closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead quality Provide regular feedback on campaign effectiveness and prospect responses

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:



3+ years of proven experience in outbound telemarketing or inside sales for an international audience. Must be fluent and natural in using US and Canada slang and communication styles. The ability to converse using common colloquialisms is a non-negotiable requirement. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Must have prior experience in an international calling process. Strong ability to handle rejection, overcome objections, and persist in a target-driven environment. Proficiency with CRM software, MS Office (especially Excel), and telephony systems (dialers). Positive attitude, ambitious, and a goal-oriented team player.

Work Schedule & Requirements:



While the core working schedule is Monday to Friday, flexibility for weekend work and alignment with client time zones will be required based on business demands. Willingness to relocate to Cochin, Kerala.

Desired Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Knowledge of IT products and services (e.g., ERP, CRM, Website Development, Digital Marketing) are a significant advantage.
