About the role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, and promoting our products/services.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain products/services and address customer queries.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for sales teams.
Maintain a database of customer information and update records.
Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Handle objections and negotiate deals effectively.
Candidate Qualifications:
Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
Proficiency in [mention CRM/software].
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
2 -4 years of Experience required in the same or relatable field
