Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and empathetic

Telemarketing Executive

to join our team at Dr. Aravind IVF Fertility and Pregnancy Centre. The role involves engaging with potential and existing patients through phone calls, providing them with accurate information about our fertility and pregnancy care services, and scheduling consultations. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a patient-friendly approach, and the ability to build trust while maintaining confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective patients to explain hospital services, treatments, and special programs. Handle inbound inquiries with care and provide detailed information about IVF and fertility treatments. Counsel patients over the phone and encourage them to book consultations with our doctors. Maintain and update patient records in the hospital database/CRM system. Follow up with leads and ensure timely appointment confirmations. Coordinate with the hospital's front office and medical team to manage patient flow. Meet weekly and monthly telemarketing targets. Handle patient queries with empathy and professionalism, ensuring confidentiality. Share updates on new services, awareness programs, and health camps.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (preferred: healthcare, marketing, or related field). Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service (hospital/healthcare sector preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Tamil (knowledge of additional languages is a plus). Ability to work with sensitivity and compassion in the healthcare sector. Strong persuasion and follow-up skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
