We are looking for a

self-driven and enthusiastic Telemarketing Executive (Female only)

to join our team in a

role. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone, introducing our products/services, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales process through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Make

outbound calls

to potential customers from the provided database or lead lists.

Explain product or service details

clearly and confidently to customers. Handle

queries, objections, and follow-ups

professionally to close potential leads.

Generate and qualify leads

through cold calling, warm calling, and follow-up activities. Schedule

appointments or product demos

for the sales team when required. Maintain accurate

records in CRM

and update call logs regularly. Work towards achieving

weekly and monthly lead generation/conversion targets.

Provide

feedback and insights

from customer conversations to the marketing and sales teams. Ensure

excellent customer experience

during every interaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline.

Experience:

0-3 years in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service (freshers can apply).

Language Proficiency:

Must be fluent in

English and Hindi

(spoken and written).

Technical Skills:

Basic computer knowledge. Familiarity with

CRM tools, Google Sheets, or calling software

is an advantage. Strong

communication, persuasion, and listening skills.

Positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Additional Requirements:
