Job Description

As the Sales and HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales strategy while ensuring smooth human resources operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Sales Management:



Lead, mentor, and support the existing sales team to achieve sales targets and enhance performance. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives to boost revenue and market presence. Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and provide actionable insights to improve sales operations. Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Recruitment and Staffing:



Oversee the recruitment process for new sales and manufacturing staff, from job posting and candidate screening to interviews and hiring. Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires and provide ongoing training and support.

Human Resources Operations:



Manage daily HR functions including employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution. Administer HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and company standards. Coordinate employee benefits, payroll, and other HR-related tasks. Promote a positive and productive work environment through employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives.

Qualifications:



Proven experience in sales management and human resources, preferably in the beauty or manufacturing industry. Strong leadership and team-building skills with a track record of driving sales performance. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
