Job Description

We are seeking a Tele-Marketing Executive to drive pre-sales engagement across India for our Industrial pump business. This office-based role focuses on proactive outreach to industrial customers, identifying needs, qualifying leads, and generating actionable opportunities for the sales team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding market presence by leveraging CRM data and digital communication tools to build relationships, understand pain points, and support the sales pipeline with accurate, timely follow-ups. The position is central to lead generation and customer nurturing in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to industrial customers across India using data from CRM, field marketing, IndiaMART, past enquiries, and existing client lists.
  • Introduce Bonzer Marketeers and our product portfolio, highlighting key benefits and applications.
  • Assess customer usage of our products, including brand/model details and consumption patterns.
  • Identify and document customer challenges such as pricing, delivery delays, quality concerns, availability, or service issues.
  • Classify leads and update records in CRM or Excel accordingly.
  • For Hot leads, gather detailed requirements, create formal enquiries or opportunities, and schedule calls or meetings for the sales team.
  • Follow up on pending quotations, past enquiries, and inactive ("sleeping") customers via phone and WhatsApp.
  • Share company profiles, product catalogs, and promotional offers via WhatsApp and email, with proper documentation in CRM.
  • Maintain comprehensive call logs, including remarks, next steps, and follow-up dates.
  • Submit daily reporting on calls made, connected calls, qualified leads, enquiries generated, and appointments set.
  • Collaborate closely with field marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless lead handover and consistent follow-through.
Requirements
  • Education: Any graduate (Commerce, Science, or Engineering preferred).
  • Experience: 0-3 years in tele-calling, tele-sales, customer service, or inside sales; B2B or industrial sales experience is a plus but not mandatory. Freshers with strong communication skills and confidence on the phone are encouraged to apply.
  • Language: Proficient in Hindi and basic English (essential); knowledge of Gujarati and/or other Indian languages (Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, etc.) is advantageous.
  • Work Style: Ability to manage 60-80 outbound calls per day and maintain consistent follow-up cycles.

  • Clear, confident, and professional telephone communication with a polite and customer-focused tone.
  • Strong listening skills to capture accurately and interpret customer needs during calls.
  • Disciplined follow-up habits with consistent use of reminders and timely status updates.
  • Basic understanding of the B2B enquiry-quotation-PO process (on-the-job training provided).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, email, WhatsApp Web, Zoho CRM, or similar tools.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Positive mindset, patience, and persistence when engaging with prospects.
