Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telemarketing Associate to help expand our presence in the Bangladeshi market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, introducing our services, and encouraging conversions through effective communication and sales techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers in Bangladesh Promote company products and services clearly and persuasively Build strong rapport with clients and maintain positive relationships Meet and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs Provide feedback to the team on market trends and customer insights

Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and optimistic Ability to handle rejection and remain positive Proficiency in English; knowledge of Bengali or Hindi is a plus Must possess strong communication and persuasion skills to engage customers and drive sales An optimistic and proactive attitude is highly preferred Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively Basic computer literacy and proficiency in office software Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new products and processes Strong time management and organizational skills

Pay: ?43,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
