: As a Web Telecaller at our esteemed digital marketing company, you will play a pivotal role in connecting with potential clients, nurturing leads, and scheduling discovery sessions. Your primary responsibility will involve making outbound calls, maintaining diligent follow-ups, and effectively converting leads into successful appointments. Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our digital marketing services.
- Follow up on leads generated through various channels including website inquiries, social media, and email campaigns.
- Build rapport with prospects, understand their needs, and articulate the value proposition of our services.
- Schedule discovery sessions for interested prospects with our digital marketing experts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and leads in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to better position our services during interactions.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to engage prospects and maintain their interest through compelling conversations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage data effectively in CRM systems.
- Prior experience in tele calling or customer service roles prefered, particularly in a digital marketing or sales environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM is a plus.
- Self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
