: Tele caller
Position Overview
The Telecaller is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, following up with customers, and providing information about products/services. The role includes maintaining call records, ensuring customer satisfaction, and assisting the sales team with communication support.
Outbound Calling
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain products, services, offers, and pricing.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Follow up on previous inquiries and maintain regular customer engagement.
Inbound Call Handling
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Manage order-related inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
Record details of customer interactions and solutions provided.
3. Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication.
Keep track of customer preferences, special orders, and purchase history.
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues professionally.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: ?3,000.00 - ?5,000.00 per month
Expected hours: No more than 6 per week
