Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketer in Kolkata. The Telemarketer will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service. The individual will also be tasked with updating records, handling enquiries, and following up on leads to convert them into sales.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills Experience in Appointment Scheduling and Customer Service Proven ability in Sales and handling customer queries Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Excellent organizational and time-management skills Prior experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
