to join our team and help us expand our customer base through effective communication and lead generation.
Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
Explain product features, specifications, and benefits clearly and confidently.
Generate leads, schedule follow-ups, and maintain relationships with customers.
Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and feedback in the company database.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to meet monthly targets.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide relevant information.
Assist in managing WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels for sales inquiries.
