Job Overview :

We are looking for a freelance telemarketer to assist with outbound calls to potential clients and leads. You will be responsible for introducing our services, collecting basic customer information, and setting up appointments. This is a flexible, freelance role ideally suited for someone who is confident, well-spoken in Hindi and local Udaipur dialects, and has a basic understanding of real estate or customer handling.

Key Responsibilities :

Make outbound calls to potential leads.
Communicate effectively in Hindi and local Udaipur dialects.
Introduce and explain UdaipurProperties.com's services clearly.
Gather customer requirements and update records.
Set appointments or site visit schedules with potential leads.
Occasionally travel within Udaipur for client interaction & field support (if required).

Requirements :

Must be fluent in Hindi and local languages/dialects of Udaipur.
Comfortable speaking on phone and handling customer inquiries.
Basic knowledge of real estate or interest in the property sector is a plus.
Previous experience in telecalling or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
Own phone and internet access for making calls.
Candidate from Udaipur city or nearby preferred.
Must be open to occasional local travel within Udaipur.
