Job Description

As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients, introducing our cosmetic manufacturing services, and generating qualified leads for the sales team. This role is key to building our sales pipeline, expanding our client base, and positioning us as a trusted manufacturing partner for beauty and personal care brands globally.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients including indie beauty brands, private labels, distributors, and established cosmetic companies. Present the company's capabilities in cosmetic product development, formulation, manufacturing, packaging, and compliance. Identify decision-makers and qualify prospects based on their product needs, volumes, timelines, and budget. Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and follow-ups in the CRM system. Schedule meetings or demos for the Business Development team. Follow up with warm leads generated from marketing campaigns, trade shows, and referrals. Conduct basic market research to identify new prospects in target geographies (India, US, Europe, Middle East, etc.). Achieve weekly/monthly targets for call volumes, lead generation, and conversions. Provide feedback to management on customer trends, objections, and market insights.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (preferred: Business Administration, Marketing, or related field). 1-3 years of experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer outreach (experience in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or FMCG industry preferred). Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi and/or regional languages is an advantage. Ability to confidently pitch services over the phone and handle objections professionally. Basic understanding of the cosmetics/personal care industry, product types, and manufacturing process (training will be provided).
Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
