Job Description

Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases, introduce them to real estate offerings, and gauge their interest. Provide detailed information about properties, including features, pricing, availability, and benefits to potential buyers/renters. Schedule site visits, meetings, or calls with the sales team for qualified leads. Consistently follow up with prospects who have shown interest in properties, track their status, and assist in the sales process as needed. Update customer information and lead status in CRM or other company systems. Provide necessary support to the sales team by generating leads, answering queries, and facilitating conversions. Address client queries and concerns professionally, ensuring satisfaction and building positive relationships.
