About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Telemarketer

to join our team for promoting an innovative mobile application. As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential users, creating awareness about the app, and encouraging sign-ups. This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to leads provided to promote the mobile app. Clearly explain the features and benefits of the app to potential users. Convince users to download, sign up, or take the desired action on the app. Maintain call logs, update customer information, and record feedback. Meet daily and weekly call targets and conversion goals. Handle objections and follow up on interested leads. Report performance metrics and suggest improvements to calling scripts if needed.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or regional languages. Confident and polite telephone manner with strong persuasive skills. Basic knowledge of mobile apps and smartphone usage. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in telecalling/telemarketing/BPO/sales is a plus. Familiarity with CRM or call logging software is an advantage. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
