AITechEx is looking for
highly motivated and confident Telecallers
who are passionate about sales and capable of handling high call volumes. The role involves
cold calling
, lead conversion, and closing high-value sales for our premium
SAT coaching
and
University Placement Services
.
Key Responsibilities:
Make
100+ outbound calls per day
including
cold calls
to prospective students and parents.
Pitch and promote SAT preparation and university admission services persuasively.
Handle objections confidently and convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments.
Follow up on leads generated via marketing and social media campaigns.
Maintain call logs, lead details, and sales status in the CRM.
Collaborate with the counseling and academic teams for onboarding.
Eligibility Criteria:
6 months to 1 year of experience in sales or telecalling preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication and a sales mindset can apply.
Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Willingness to make 100+ calls per day
, including cold calls.
Must be sales-driven with a hunger for incentives and results.
Sunday is a working day
(1 rotational weekday off will be provided).

Compensation:
Fixed Base Salary:
?10,000/- per month
Incentive:
?50,000/- incentive for achieving ?6,00,000/- in monthly confirmed sales.
No pro-rata incentives
- the full incentive is given only upon reaching the complete target.
Work Schedule:
6 days a week
Sunday is a mandatory working day
One rotational weekday off
