Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various customer engagement activities, from converting abandoned calls into sales to ensuring smooth shipment delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to follow up on Non-Delivery Reports (NDR) and abandoned calls to convert them into sales. Use persuasive communication skills to convince potential customers to purchase our products. Negotiate with customers to resolve queries and secure sales. Provide delivery instructions to courier partners to ensure accurate and timely shipments. Coordinate with courier partners to track and ensure successful delivery of shipments. Contact local authorities to clarify issues related to undelivered shipments, ensuring prompt resolution. Follow up with delivery personnel to manage end-to-end delivery processes effectively.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to handle customer queries and objections professionally. Good organizational and coordination abilities. Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools. Previous experience in tele sales or customer support is a plus.
