We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Account Executive (Telemarketer) to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to call leads generated for an international university. The ideal candidate should excel in communication, planning, and follow-up to ensure high conversion rates and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential students based on leads from social media and other marketing campaigns. Provide detailed information about the university's programs and offerings. Follow up on leads promptly and maintain regular communication to nurture interest. Schedule appointments or follow-up calls as necessary to advance the lead through the sales funnel. Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions with leads in the CRM system. Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness. Develop and implement effective follow-up strategies to maximize lead conversion. Ensure a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Proven experience in lead calling, telemarketing, or a similar role. Strong organisational and planning skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. High level of motivation and a results-driven approach. Previous experience working with educational institutions is a plus.
