This role is for someone who can keep the clinic running smoothly while making sure every client feels attended to. You're the first point of contact for walk-ins, calls, and messages across all social platforms. You'll handle data entry, schedule coordination, and daily operational support.
Key Responsibilities
Front-desk handling: greeting patients, managing appointments, coordinating schedules
Telecalling: follow-ups, confirmations, basic queries
Data entry: maintaining records, updating client data, tracking daily logs
Handling all incoming queries on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp--responding promptly and professionally
Maintaining clinic hygiene standards and basic administrative tasks
Coordinating with doctors/staff for smooth workflow
Managing payments, invoices, and receipts
Ensuring clients have a seamless experience from inquiry to consultation
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 6-12 months of experience in any customer-facing or admin role
Strong communication skills (Hindi + English preferred)
Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp Business, and social media messaging
Organized, reliable, and comfortable multitasking
Should be able to handle people and situations calmly
