Key Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound calls to prospects from provided databases.
Engage customers in professional conversations to identify business needs.
Explain company products and services clearly and confidently.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
Update CRM with accurate call notes, customer details, and lead status.
Follow calling scripts, compliance guidelines, and process requirements for each region.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, conversions, and qualified leads.
Coordinate with the sales team for appointment setting and lead handoff.
Required Skills
Excellent spoken English with a neutral or international accent.
Strong communication and active listening skills.
Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism.
Confidence, patience, and a positive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
Time-zone flexibility depending on region (Canada, Australia, USA).
Qualifications
Minimum 12th pass or any graduate.
Prior experience in BPO, telecalling, outbound sales, or lead generation preferred but not mandatory.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
