Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective scholars and research professionals.
Explain services related to PhD research assistance and academic development.
Maintain call records and follow up regularly for conversions.
Support the Business Development team with client coordination and updates.
Achieve set sales and conversion targets.
