Job Title: Telemarketer cum Telesales Executive



Job Summary



We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven

Telemarketer cum Telesales Executive

for our real estate division. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, explaining project details, scheduling site visits, and assisting the sales team in converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to potential buyers generated through marketing campaigns, property portals, social media, and referrals. Explain

real estate projects

, property features, pricing, location advantages, payment plans, and amenities clearly to prospective customers. Identify customer requirements such as budget, location preference, and property type (residential/Investment). Maintain and update customer leads, call logs, and follow-up schedules. Convert leads into

qualified prospects

and arrange

site visits

for the sales team. Follow up with customers after site visits to push conversions and maintain engagement. Coordinate with the field sales team for timely follow-ups and closures. Achieve monthly targets for lead qualification, site visits, and conversions. Handle customer queries professionally and resolve objections confidently. Participate in project training sessions to stay updated on property details.

Requirements & Qualifications



Minimum

12th pass / Graduation preferred

. Prior experience in

real estate telecalling or telesales

is an advantage. Strong communication skills in Hindi, English, and local languages. Ability to explain project details in a convincing and professional manner. Good negotiation and persuasion skills. Basic computer knowledge (Excel). Ability to handle pressure and work towards monthly sales targets.
