Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce the company's products and services related to steel products and wastewater treatment solutions.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and respond promptly with relevant information.
Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Maintain and update the customer database with complete information.
Follow up on leads through calls, emails, or other communication channels.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and prospects.
Understand client needs and explain the features and benefits of our products/services.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Technical) to ensure smooth communication and follow-up.
