The candidate will also coordinate with the social media team to ensure smooth communication, follow-ups, and outreach via calls, emails, and other channels.
Key Responsibilities
Handle and qualify
paid advertisement leads
in a timely and professional manner.
Make
outbound calls
to potential clients to explain Dr. Manisha Sabnis' services (POSH Training, REBT Therapy, Corporate Stress Management, Economics/Banking Sessions, Women Empowerment Talks, etc.).
Follow up on inquiries, build relationships, and convert leads into confirmed clients or workshop bookings.
Maintain accurate lead and client information in CRM/Excel sheets for tracking and reporting.
Draft and send
professional emails
to potential customers with proposals, presentations, or workshop details.
Coordinate with the
social media and marketing team
for campaign updates, lead nurturing strategies, and customer communication.
Share client feedback, objections, and common queries with the team to refine campaigns and messaging.
Achieve weekly and monthly
conversion targets
.
Provide regular reports on calls, conversions, and pipeline status.
(experience in education, training, HR, or corporate services preferred).
Strong
communication skills
in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Excellent
persuasion and negotiation skills
with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to handle objections confidently and convert interest into action.
Basic knowledge of
email communication, MS Office.
Team player with the ability to coordinate effectively with marketing/social media teams.
Self-motivated and target-driven with good follow-up discipline.
