We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to work efficiently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and customers.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Achieve daily and weekly targets set by the team leader.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues promptly.
Follow up on leads and nurture relationships with prospective clients.
Requirements:
Previous experience in telecalling or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a remote environment with reliable internet connectivity.
A friendly and professional attitude.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
