: Lead Generation / Tele Executive (Female Only)

Location: Onsite - Bengaluru

Experience: 1-2 years in Telemarketing & Lead Generation

Salary: ?15,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Qualification: Any Degree

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, proactive, and sales-driven Lead Generation / Tele Executive (Female) with strong communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in telemarketing or lead generation and should be comfortable engaging with potential clients over phone calls.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads.

- Explain company products/services clearly and convincingly.

- Identify prospects, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team.

- Maintain and update CRM/lead records regularly.

- Follow up on warm leads and drive conversions.

- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation.

- Represent the company professionally in every interaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Female candidates only.

- 1-2 years of proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or lead generation.

- Excellent spoken communication skills in English, Kannada, and preferably other South Indian languages (Telugu/Tamil/Malayalam).

- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Highly active, confident, and sales-oriented personality.

- Ability to work independently and meet targets.

- Hands-on experience using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.

- Any degree (graduate) is acceptable.
