Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Strong communication skills in
Tamil
and
English
Previous experience in telesales, customer support, or a similar role is an advantage.
Excellent listening skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel or CRM tools.
Ability to manage time effectively and handle calls efficiently.
