Hiring: Customer Care Executive for Premium Service Center (iPromax)

What you will do:
Talk to premium clients about their device repairs (iPhone, MacBook, Gaming Consoles).
Update customers on repair status via Phone & WhatsApp.
Manage service appointments and feedback.
Requirements:
Excellent spoken
Malayalam & English
(mandatory).
Polite, patient, and professional tone.
Basic computer skills (Excel/Google Sheets).
Experience in service centers is a plus, but freshers with good communication are welcome.*
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
