Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients.
Identify and qualify leads based on specific criteria.
Build rapport and effectively communicate product/service benefits.
Handle customer objections and negotiate deals.
Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead flow.
Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor information.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
0-1 year of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
Strong listening and active listening skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in relevant CRM software.
