We are seeking an energetic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our travel agency team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, converting leads into confirmed bookings, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential customers through calls, emails, and messages.
Explain travel packages, offers, and services to clients.
Convert leads into confirmed bookings by providing suitable travel solutions.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Maintain customer records and update the CRM system.
Handle queries, follow-ups, and provide after-sales support.
Requirements:
Proven experience in tele sales, inside sales, or travel sales preferred.
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Basic knowledge of travel products (flights, hotels, packages, etc.) is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office/CRM software.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.
