We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our team and engage with potential clients, ensuring a seamless and professional communication experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our digital marketing services.

Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.

Explain service packages and provide customized solutions based on client needs.

Maintain and update the CRM database with customer interactions.

Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to enhance business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum Qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Degree.

Experience: Minimum 1 year in telecalling, sales, or customer support.

Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts is a plus.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
